Does this Sound Like You?
do you feel...
At first food and weight control seemed to help you but that's no longer the case. You're tired. You feel stuck. You may be losing hope. Let me encourage you. There is a way off the treadmill.
Whether you’ve been struggling for a few months or a few decades I can help you identify the behaviours and attitudes that are keeping you stuck on the food and weight control treadmill and exchange these for new, more health-full, hope-full attitudes and behaviours. You will begin to recover and flourish in life. I've been helping people take this journey for over 20 years.

Move away from self and body rejection towards self and body acceptance. I can help you achieve measurable improvements in your eating attitudes, behaviours and self esteem. Don't settle for years of uncertainty. Understand where and how you struggle and get the strategies and support you need to get free and flourish.
This time last year I reached a point where I was really tired of the way I was treating myself in restriction. I felt really...really low, not myself, I kind of forgot who I am. It was like my real personality was trapped because my thoughts were on food and body obsession. I found it so hard to enjoy life. Now I feel really excited about the future, I feel really enthusiastic about life and about having come out of this space because it's not how I want to live ever again. Finding balance [has been] such a beautiful journey and not just in the sense that I have more peace with myself, I actually feel like I am more myself ! It's just really enjoyable even though it's been hard. I feel like I’m really enjoying my life more as I'm on this journey
