Michelle Sparkes

Michelle is a registered counsellor, physiotherapist and credentialed eating disorder clinician with lived experience of anorexia, EDNOS and binge eating in her teen and early adult years. Michelle knows first-hand what it is to struggle in this space and what it takes to recover. She has been helping individuals get free from disordered eating for over 25 years.
